Brief description of role
The North New South Wales Conference is seeking to appoint a Team Support Administrator, working across Children & Family Ministries, the Resource Centre, and Special Religious Education. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the effective operations of the Resource Centre, Special Religious Education in schools and ensuring the effective operation of the Children & Family Ministries Department. The position will report directly to the Children and Family Ministries Director and the General Secretary.
1. Extensive experience in high level administrative roles 2. High level of keyboard and data entry skills. 3. Experience in organising and managing events 4. Knowledge of project management processes 5. High level of computer literacy with sound skills in MS Word, Excel, and databases 6 Proven ability to manage high volume workloads and remain calm and efficient under pressure 7 Have an understanding of, commitment to, and support the values, ethos and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church 8 Excellent customer service skills.
1. Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience 2. Ability to attend relevant events and camps. 3. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and InDesign or other relevant graphic design software 4. Retail experience 5. A baptised, practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
