We are so excited to announce an update to the Big Camp registration process. After months of research and development, the new system is simpler, faster and more streamlined. Welcome to the new Big Camp!
One Step Process
The entire registration process can be found in one location – on the conference website. This makes it so much faster and easier for you, the camper, and for the facilitators.
Faster registration confirmation and easy payment process
As soon as you have submitted your registration, we are able to start allocating your site and making the necessary arrangements so that you and your family are comfortable and safe. All costs will be included in one simple online payment, so you know how much Big Camp will cost you in advance. Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation of your registration and all the information you need will be provided to you upon arrival.
Children/Junior/Youth activity registrations included
No more lining up outside the camp office to register for your kids' activities, crafts and excursions! You can now select and purchase activities. All the necessary information will be supplied upon arrival. You can also log back on to your account and make changes or purchase more activity tickets at a later stage.
Workshop registrations included
Whether the workshops you want to attend are free or paid, you will be able to find and register for them as part of the Big Camp registration process. This means the workshop facilitators will know how many are coming and will be able to provide you with the best experience possible.
