Brief description of role
The North New South Wales Conference is offering an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Team Support Administrator to the President & Trust Services Director. This position will require the successful candidate to provide assistance to the Conference President, organise data and maintain databases and assist with the administration of legal documents and processes with a high level of customer service. 

Essential Criteria
Experience in high level administrative roles, organizing and managing events as well as computer literacy skills, including use in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes is essential. Excellent communication skills and patience, with an ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure and process a high volume workload is required. The successful applicant will maintain confidentiality, have a passion for administration and processes and have an outgoing and hardworking attitude. 

Desirable Criteria
Certificate III in Business Administration, ability to attend relevant events and camps, legal knowledge and be a baptised, practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church would be beneficial.
