1. Official Club Setup
- Get church board approval for your club and all upcoming events (required for insurance cover).
- Reach out to your Youth Director to express interest in starting a club. This step ensures you’ll have access to the support you need and that your club will be allocated to a District Director. (NNSW Youth Director: [email protected])
- Complete the Bi-Annual Club Report – Form link
2. Safety & Event Requirements
- For each event, complete an Outdoor Activity Notification – Form link
3. Staff & Volunteer Requirements
- Ensure all staff over 18 have:
- Completed AdSafe training
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

5. Leadership Training
- Attend Pathfinder Leadership Training in February at Yarra Holiday Park (recommended for all directors & staff). Your Youth Director and District Directors will be able to share the details of this event with you.
