The director of Family and Children's Ministries for the North New South Wales Conference (NNSW), Mrs Colleen Savage, will conclude her service on May 2 as she transitions back to the social work field.

Appointed in January 2022, Mrs Savage has provided valuable leadership in the Family and Children's Ministries space, supporting churches across the Conference, contributing to various events and initiatives, including the Children's Resource Centre, Prayer Conference and Big Camp and being instrumental in the launch of new initiatives such as the Hyperactive Faith Tent, Light Bearers home school camp and Kinsmen men's ministry.

The Children's Ministry departmental assistant, Mrs Bernice Brown, will conclude her service on May 12. Mrs Brown has served in this role since March 2023 and will step down for personal reasons.

The Family and Children's Ministries department will be temporarily unstaffed during this transition.

The North New South Wales Conference appreciates Mrs Savage and Mrs Brown's service and dedication to those ministries.
