Summer Camp Staff Manual Cleanup Checklists

CABINS

• Put all rubbish in the bins outside the door
• Sweep the floors
• Return all plates and cutlery that don't belong there to the kitchen
• Pickup all rubish inside and around the cabin
• Take lost property to the camp office

DORMS

• Put all rubbish in the bins
• Place mattresses in cabins on their edges
• Return all plates and cutlery to the kitchen
• Take lost property to the camp office

TOILETS (End of Dorms)

• Clean each toilet (disinfectant)
• Wipe down mirrors
• Wipe out basins (disinfectant)
• Mop Floors

TOILETS (End of Games Room)

• Clean each toilet  (disinfectant)
• Wipe down mirrors
• Wipe out basins (disinfectant)
• Mop Floors

GAMES ROOM

• Vacuum floors
• Straighten up all chairs
• Pick up rubbish

DINING ROOM

• Wash up
• Pots
• Pack away tables and chairs
• Mop floors
• Pick up rubbish
• Pull down decorations

FOYER

• Vacuum floors
• Mop floors
• Pick up rubbish

CHAPEL

• Pick up rubbish
• Pack away chairs
• Straighten pews
• Vacuum floor
• Put away PA OR;
• Leave PA set up for next group coming in
• Pull down decorations
• Clean kitchen by picking up rubbish, washing dishes, wiping basins

WAGON CAMP

• Pack away Conference PA into travel cases and take to Chapel to put in Troupy
• Pack away Conference Lighting and put in Conference equipment shed
• Pack away new light box and take to Chapel to put into Troopy
• Pack staging onto pallet and store in Boat Shed
• Pack up screen and put in Yarra Office
• Pull down tent and pack into wheelie bins and put into Conference equipment shed
• Clean up rubbish and put into rubbish bins
• Clean up all extra timber/props etc and store or put in rubbish bins
